CPGX, LLC d/b/a CPG Fast Track

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the CPG Fast Track website, community, content, and services (collectively, the “Services”). Please read them carefully.
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Services.
1. Who We Are
CPG Fast Track is operated by CPGX, LLC, doing business as CPG Fast Track (“CPG Fast Track,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We provide an online, subscription-based membership designed to support early-stage founders building consumer packaged goods (CPG) businesses through education, resources, group coaching, and community.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use the Services.
To access the membership, you must create an account and provide accurate, current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, contact us immediately at hello@cpgfasttrack.com.
3. Platform Hosting (Circle)
The CPG Fast Track community is hosted on a third-party platform operated by Circle.
By using the Services, you acknowledge that:
- Platform availability, features, moderation tools, and performance may be affected by Circle or other third-party providers
- We are not responsible for outages, downtime, or technical failures outside our reasonable control
- Circle’s own Terms and Privacy Policy apply in parallel to your use of the community
4. Membership, Billing & Renewals
Subscription Plans
CPG Fast Track memberships are offered on a monthly, quarterly, or annual subscription basis.
Automatic Renewal
Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before renewal. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring fees.
Price Changes
We may change subscription pricing from time to time. Price increases may apply to existing members upon renewal, with advance notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.
Cancellation
You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting hello@cpgfasttrack.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time.
5. Refund Policy
We offer a 90-day refund window from the start of your membership.
Refunds during this window require good-faith participation in the membership and a reasonable attempt to resolve concerns with our team. If we are unable to resolve your issue, you may request a full refund.
No refunds are provided under any circumstances after the 90-day refund window.
6. Nature of the Services & No Guarantees
CPG Fast Track provides:
- General educational content
- Tactical, implementation-oriented guidance
- Group coaching, including live calls, workshops, and office hours
- Templates, frameworks, and community discussion
What We Do Not Provide
CPG Fast Track does not provide:
- Legal advice
- Financial or investment advice
- Regulatory or compliance advice (including FDA, labeling, or claims compliance)
You are solely responsible for your business decisions, implementation, and results.
No Guarantees
Results vary. We make no guarantees regarding revenue, growth, funding, retail placement, or business success. Any examples or case studies are illustrative only and not promises of outcomes.
7. Community Conduct & Commercial Activity
We aim to maintain a supportive, professional community.
Allowed
- Sharing your own CPG brand in context
- Asking for feedback on products, packaging, pricing, or strategy
- Direct messaging other members if they have DMs enabled
Prohibited
- Selling or pitching products or services to other members
- Unsolicited promotional activity
- Spam, harassment, or deceptive conduct
We reserve the right to enforce these rules in our discretion to protect the integrity of the community.
8. User Content & Intellectual Property
Your Content
You retain full ownership of any ideas, business information, or intellectual property you share in the community.
By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content solely in connection with operating and improving the Services.
Confidentiality Expectations
Participation in the community does not waive ownership of your intellectual property. However, we cannot guarantee how other members may use information you choose to share.
9. Recordings & Member Experiences
Some live sessions may be recorded; others may not.
We may:
- Share full recordings internally with current members
- Use short excerpts or clips for marketing or promotional purposes
We will not intentionally use recordings in ways that disclose confidential member information.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access:
- With notice and an opportunity to cure when appropriate
- Immediately, without warning, for egregious or harmful conduct
If terminated for cause, access ends immediately, even if prepaid. Refunds in such cases are discretionary.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CPG Fast Track shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of $100 or the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CPG Fast Track from claims arising out of your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
14. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration, not court, except where prohibited by law.
You agree to:
- Waive the right to a jury trial
- Waive participation in class or representative actions
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, and venue shall lie in Franklin County.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or notice within the Services. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
